If you are not satisfied with your product, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be received in original condition and packaging within 14 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authorizationnumber (RGA) which should be requested through customer service.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on special order (configurable) products.

We will only accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled. Please contact your Vitra Online Customer Service team for cancellation requests within 48 hours of order confirmation.
