Shipping Information

We will ship your order using the most reliable method possible. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.​

Delivery within the Contiguous States
At Vitra, shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. In order to meet your unique needs, Vitra offers two delivery options: Standard and White Glove.
Smaller items will ship via UPS or Fedex.
An order is defined as one shipping method selected for delivery to one address. Order value is calculated before tax.

8.0% of order value from $100.01 - $1,500
7.5% of order value from $1,500.01 - $3,000
7.0% of order value from $3,000.01 - $5.000
6.5% of order value from $5,000.01 - $7,500
6.0% of order value to a maximum of $1,000 from $7,500.01 and up

White Glove Delivery: Add $350 to your Standard Delivery Charge

Standard Delivery offers delivery to your place of residence, curbside delivery. The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.

White Glove Delivery includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window for White Glove service is typically 2–4 weeks from the day your order is shipped. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of White Glove service on select items (noted in their product descriptions). White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting or structural changes. Saturday, Sunday and holiday deliveries are also available for an additional charge.
